A family business

We are a father, three sons and a son in law. The people who quote your job are the people who turn up and do it.

Straight answers about price

Every other company in this city says "call for a quote". We think that is usually because the answer is higher than you were hoping. Our prices are on each service page. If your job is unusual we will tell you on the phone in five minutes, not after a site visit.

How we work

The quote is the priceWe agree the price before we start. If we run into something unexpected we stop and tell you, and you decide whether to carry on. No invoice ever turns up bigger than what you agreed.
We answer the phoneCall or text and you get a real person and a real number, usually within a few minutes. If we cannot do your job we say so straight away and point you to someone who can.
Everything in writingYou get a written work order before we start, listing what we are doing and what it costs. Nothing is left as a verbal understanding.
Same rate, any dayEvenings, weekends and holidays are billed at the same rate as a Tuesday morning. Most companies charge a premium for those and we do not.
